Bank Appoints Joseph Bailey Commercial Lending and Business Development Officer

Catskill, NY - Donald Gibson, President & CEO of the Bank of Greene County, announced that Joseph Bailey has joined the Bank as Commercial Lending and Business Development Officer.

"With extensive experience and a strong track record of supporting local businesses, Joe will play a key role in servicing existing customers, expanding our commercial lending services, and helping our customers succeed."

Joe joins the Bank of Greene County with over 10 years of experience working for Capital Region financial institutions. Most recently, Joe served as Small Business Relationship Manager for TD Bank.

Joe graduated from the State University of New York at Cortland with a B.A. in Political Science. He is a 2025 Albany Business Review 40 Under 40 recipient, and enjoys hiking and skiing. He lives in Voorheesville.
