Annette Parker served as president of South Central College from 2013 to 2025.
During her presidency, Parker built key grant and fundraising partnerships that yielded $36 million for the college, including a $15 million statewide Department of Labor and Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training grant.
Parker developed strong community partnerships during her tenure at SCC, including with the Faribault Chamber of Commerce and Greater Mankato Growth and area secondary schools.
"I am impressed with Dr. Lindstrom's experience and progressive career growth over his two decades with Minnesota State," said Scott Olson, Minnesota State chancellor. "His significant contributions across the institutions he has served have equipped him with the experience and insight needed to effectively support the students, faculty, and staff of Minnesota State College Southeast during this year of transition."
One of the college's greatest achievements under her leadership was SCC being selected in 2018 to participate in Achieving the Dream (ATD), a national organization dedicated to helping college students succeed with data-informed change, and being named an ATD Leader College in 2022.
Patricia Rogers served as president of Lake Superior College from 2019 until her retirement in 2025.
During her presidency, Lake Superior College refined its mission, vision and values statements, completed its Higher Learning Commission re-accreditation, and advanced several major campus projects focused on student success and workforce needs.
Under her leadership, LSC created Hawks Landing, opened a new Center for Equity and Inclusion, remodeled the main campus library to better serve students, and brought manufacturing programs back to the main campus as part of a major addition and remodel.
Her tenure will be remembered for guiding the college through the COVID-19 pandemic with a steady focus on students, employees and community partnerships, while helping nearly 5,000 students earn a certificate, diploma or associate degree.
