The Consent Code: Building a Culture of Respect Recording

On April 22 during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Erin McElyea, the Civil Engagement Officer in the Office of Compliance, hosted an informative seminar designed to engage the entire UT Health Sciences community - including students, faculty, staff, and health care professionals - in a meaningful discussion about sexual consent, healthy relationships, and fostering a culture of respect. The session addressed these topics through relatable examples and specific case scenarios relevant to academic and professional healthcare settings.
