Fried Frank Wins International M&A Deal of the Year at IFLR Europe Awards 2026

Fried Frank received the "International Deal of the Year: M&A" award at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026, which were presented in London on June 11.
The firm was honored for advising Bally's Corporation on the combination of its International Interactive business with Intralot's global lottery and gaming business, with a cross-border team led by partners Philip Richter, Aseet Dalvi and Ezra Schneck.
The IFLR Europe Awards recognize legal innovation through dealmaking and the work that improves the cross-border investment environment.
