Discontinuation of fresh subscription on Systematic Registration under certain schemes of ICICI PRUDENTIAL Mutual Fund

Members are hereby informed that we have received communication from ICICI PRUDENTIAL Mutual Fund regarding discontinuation of fresh subscription through Lumpsum investment (fresh/additional purchase) Including switch in, Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) & Systematic Transfer Plan (STP-in) under ICICI PRUDENTIAL Mutual Fund with effect from March 02, 2026.<_o3a_p>

• ICICI PRUDENTIAL US BLUECHIP EQUITY FUND<_o3a_p>
• ICICI PRUDENTIAL NASDAQ 100 INDEX FUND<_o3a_p>
• ICICI PRUDENTIAL STRATEGIC METAL AND ENERGY EQUITY FUND OF FUNDS<_o3a_p>

Further, as per ICICI PRUDENTIAL AMC request below changes have been done on BSE StAR MF platform hence members are hereby advised to note the below points for transaction execution in above schemes.<_o3a_p>

• Lumpsum investment (fresh/additional purchase) and switch in, fresh systematic registrations (SIPs/XSIPs & STP-in) under above schemes of ICICI PRUDENTIAL Mutual Fund scheme has been disabled with immediate effect.<_o3a_p>
• The existing/new systematic registrations i.e. SIPs/XSIPs & STPs registered on BSE StAR MF Platform under aforesaid scheme shall continue to process at RTA/AMC end.<_o3a_p>
• Redemption, Switch-out, STP- out & SWP shall be allowed.<_o3a_p>

Members are hereby note that, subscription orders received in the above schemes prior to discontinuation effective date and triggered to Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) on or after March 02, 2026, then such orders shall get rejected & be refunded to the investor after the funds received from AMC/RTA end.<_o3a_p>
