Foundry Commercial’s Casey Flannery Recognized Among GlobeSt.’s 2026 CRE Aspiring Leaders

Nashville, Tenn. (June 12, 2026) - Foundry Commercial is proud to announce that Senior Vice President Casey Flannery has been named to GlobeSt.'s 2026 CRE Aspiring Leaders list, which recognizes top-performing commercial real estate professionals under the age of 40 who are shaping the future of the industry.

As noted by the publication, this award "recognizes the industry's best and brightest young professionals that stand out among their counterparts and will likely serve at the helm of commercial real estate organizations in the future."

Flannery's recognition highlights her leadership and influence within the industrial sector, where she has consistently driven results in a traditionally male-dominated asset class. Early in her career, she was the only woman at her firm; today, she partners with Melissa Alexander, SIOR, as part of a women-led team that has established itself as a dominant force in Nashville's industrial market.

A forward-thinking professional, Flannery was among the first in the industry to leverage social media as a business development tool, well before widespread digital adoption accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her strategic approach has expanded her network, generated new business opportunities, and positioned her as a respected thought leader.

Flannery currently represents over 5 million square feet of industrial product across Middle Tennessee and Nashville. Her deal volume totals to over $350 million, with more than 350 transactions over the course of her career thus far. One of the most notable deals she has been a part of is 2 Dell Parkway. Last year, alongside Alexander, she transacted this $76M sale, representing the region's highest-value industrial sale for a bulk building at the time.

Committed to advancing the industry and supporting the next generation of leaders, Flannery is actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, the SIOR Editorial Committee, and Middle Tennessee CCIM.
