The President of the Republic met with the heads of EcoVille and Shtigen Companies

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan received the co-founders of EcoVille, a company operating in the field of alternative energy, Tigran Okhanyan and Vardan Hovsepyan, as well as Hayk Shekyan, founder and director of the Shtigen group of companies.

During the meeting, the company representatives presented to the President the current situation in the field of solar energy in Armenia and the positive dynamics recorded in previous years. They also spoke about existing challenges and problems, presenting their proposals for possible solutions.

In the course of the conversation, it was emphasized that the development of renewable energy is not only an opportunity for economic growth and the stabilization of the investment environment, but also an important direction on the path to ensuring energy independence and a "green" future.

President Khachaturyan highlighted the importance of the sector's development, noting that it is in line with the state's strategic agenda, and stressed the necessity of continued cooperation.
