Best Buy to host late-night openings for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time launch

The countdown to Hyrule is nearly over. To help fans celebrate The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, one of the most anticipated game launches of the year, nearly all Best Buy stores will open at midnight ET on Nov. 5 so customers can get their hands on the title the moment it's available.

Best Buy stores will also have a limited number of The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition Switch 2 System, copies of the game and The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition Switch 2 Pro Controller available for purchase.

  • Pre-orders are available now: Customers can pre-order The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time now in stores, online or through the Best Buy app.
  • Take advantage of in-store pickup: Nearly all U.S. stores will open Nov. 5 at midnight ET - that means 11 p.m. CT, 10 p.m. MT and 9 p.m. PT on Nov. 4. Use our store locator tool to find the closest location to you.
