习近平主席特使、全国人大常委会副委员长彭清华出席“国际和平与信任年论坛”（2025-12-14）

2025年12月12日至13日，应土库曼斯坦方面邀请，习近平主席特使、全国人大常委会副委员长彭清华赴阿什哈巴德出席"国际和平与信任年论坛"，向土方转交习近平主席贺信，会见土国民会议主席古尔马诺娃和主要政党领导人，并参加中土民间对话活动。彭清华积极宣介中共二十届四中全会精神和习近平主席贺信精神，表示中方愿同土方全面落实两国最高领导人重要共识，加强战略对接和各领域务实合作，共建中土命运共同体。

土方感谢习近平主席向论坛致贺信并派特使出席，表示这充分体现了中方对土中关系的高度重视，重大国际场合离不开中国参与，土方愿以中国高质量发展为契机，同中方深化互利共赢合作，共同践行四大全球倡议，更好造福两国人民、维护世界和平。
