Newsflash: Dayforce Announces AI Ethics Council

Dayforce, Inc. (NYSE: DAY; TSX: DAY), a global human capital management (HCM) leader that makes work life better, today announced the launch of its AI Ethics Council. This group of distinguished external experts will provide independent guidance to help Dayforce advance AI innovation responsibly, with consideration for its impact on people, communities, and society at large.

The council's creation reflects and strengthens the Dayforce commitment to ensuring AI-powered solutions are developed and deployed responsibly.

The five-member council will provide candid advice on a range of issues, including privacy, compliance, governance, worker rights, algorithmic discrimination and bias, and other societal impacts. Members will review company approaches and share perspectives and recommendations to strengthen ethical AI practices and innovation strategy at Dayforce.

The AI Ethics Council members include:

• Miranda Bogen - Director of the AI Governance Lab, Center for Democracy & Technology
• Agnes Bundy Scanlan - President, Cambridge Group
• Merve Hickok - Founder, AIethicist.org
• Nicol Turner Lee, Ph.D. - AI Governance Expert and Author
• Greg Vert - Principal, Human Capital Applied AI Leader, Deloitte

The council will be co-chaired internally at Dayforce by David Lloyd, Chief AI Officer, and Jason Rahlan, Global Head of Sustainability and Impact.
