David Weekley Homes Wins 10 Parade of Homes Awards

Tampa, FL (March 27, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was recognized with 10 awards at the Suncoast Builders Association's 2026 Parade of Homes. These awards bring the company's total to more than 900 awards for product design and over 1,600 overall.

Two David Weekley model homes from Bradenton communities received awards. The Zander model home in Eastlyn was recognized with Best Overall, Best Curb Appeal, Best Architectural Detailing, Best Kitchen and Best Master Suite in Single-Family Homes - Category 3. In SeaFlower - Classic Homes, The Rubytail model home received Best Floor Plan in Single-Family Homes - Category 8.

In the Parrish community of North River Ranch - Townhomes, The Bingley II model home received Best Curb Appeal and Best Architectural Detailing in Single-Family Homes - Category 1. The builder also took home Best Master Suite and Best Floor Plan in Single-Family Homes - Category 8 for The Colston model home in the Sarasota community of Lakeview Crossing - Classic Series.

The Suncoast Builders Association's Parade of Homes is being held through March 29, 2026, showcasing the innovation, design and craftsmanship of new homes across Manatee and Sarasota counties.
