June 22, 2026, will mark the tenth annual HVACR Tech Appreciation Day - a day when our industry pauses to recognize the skilled professionals who keep our heating, cooling and refrigeration systems operating day in and day out. This year's theme, "Training the Next Generation," highlights the importance of investing in the next wave of technicians to ensure they're ready to support a rapidly evolving refrigerant and equipment landscape.
