First Mid Wealth Management Welcomes Kelly Jackson as Retirement Services Operations Manager

Mattoon, IL (September 25, 2025) First Mid Wealth Management (First Mid) is pleased to announce the upcoming return of Kelly Jackson as its new Retirement Services Operations Manager. With more than two decades of experience in retirement plan administration and consulting, she brings both expertise and a deep familiarity with the First Mid team.

In her prior role at First Mid, Jackson was instrumental in delivering retirement plan services to clients and brought extensive knowledge from her time as a Partner with Kemper CPA Group in Champaign, where she oversaw more than 50 retirement plans and consulted on an additional 60. With broad experience spanning plan design, compliance, participant education, and regulatory reporting, Jackson has continued to build her career in financial services with the Loman-Ray Insurance Group and now returns to First Mid with renewed dedication to helping employers and employees achieve their retirement goals.

Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about giving back to her community. She has long supported Crisis Nursery in Urbana and continues to be actively involved with the organization's mission to prevent child abuse and neglect.
