2025/2026 rates now due

Date of Issue:
February 5, 2026

If you've chosen to pay your rates in full, the due date is approaching. This is a friendly reminder to make your payment by Sunday 15 February 2026.

We understand that sometimes paying rates can be difficult and we are here to help. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us on 5153 9500 as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Please note that penalty interest applies to rates that remain unpaid after the due date. Whether you've opted to pay in full, in instalments or as part of an existing payment plan, we can assist you.

Ratepayers facing financial hardship may also apply for support under our Hardship Policy.

Here is some other useful information about rates:

What to do if you've lodged a valuation objection: Please pay the rates as stated on your 2025/2026 valuation and rate notice by the due date. We have not received confirmation of any resolved objections from the Valuer General Victoria, so we must wait for this information before making any adjustments to your rates (if applicable).

What to do if you've lost your valuation and rates notice: Notices were issued in August 2025. If you did not receive your original notice or have misplaced it, please contact us for a free copy.
