Founders COO Paul Selman announced as 2026 Nashvillle Titan Honoree

Titan CEO and headline sponsor RMG Erectors and Constructors are pleased to announce Paul Selman, Founders Home Service Group COO, as a 2026 Nashville Titan 100 honoree.

The Titan 100 program recognizes Nashville's Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area's most accomplished business leaders in their industry, using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

Together, the 2026 Nashville Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $31 billion in annual revenue and employ over 117,000 people across the region and beyond.

This year's honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 digital book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony in November 2026, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.

Paul Selman is Chief Operating Officer of Founders Home Service Group, where he leads operational strategy, performance improvement, and M&A integration across a growing portfolio of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses.

With 23 years of experience in the home services industry, Paul has built his career around scaling multi-location operations, developing high-performing leadership teams, and creating disciplined operating systems that drive sustainable growth and stronger financial performance.

Prior to joining Founders, Paul held senior leadership roles with Service Experts, including Regional Director and General Manager, overseeing large, multi-state operations. Since joining Founders, he has played a key role in growing the platform from approximately $22 million to $40 million in revenue while helping build the leadership structure, operating discipline, and infrastructure required to support continued expansion.

Paul's leadership philosophy centers on creating three wins: a win for the customer, a win for the team, and a win for the company.
