Orderful Brings AI Agents for EDI Inside NetSuite to SuiteWorld 2026

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2026 - Orderful, the EDI platform that connects businesses with their trading partners, today announced AI agents for EDI that work inside Oracle NetSuite. Orderful will demonstrate them at SuiteWorld 2026 in the session "EDI Inside NetSuite: Set Up, Test, and Fix Electronic Data Interchange With AI Agents" on Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. PT in Academy 413 at Caesars Forum. Orderful is also at booth 813 throughout the show.

For most NetSuite customers, connecting the ERP to EDI has been a project of its own: a separate vendor, a scoping call, weeks of setup and testing, and a support ticket each time a document failed. With the free Orderful EDI for NetSuite SuiteApp, customers install EDI themselves, set up trading partners once, test the full order-to-cash cycle and fix failed documents with an agent, all from the NetSuite records their teams already use.

Inside the session

Orderful will show how NetSuite teams run EDI with retailers and distributors from inside NetSuite. Attendees will see a recorded demo of a full order-to-cash test:

  • The free SuiteApp installed from the SuiteApp Marketplace.

  • A purchase order arriving as a Sales Order.

  • Ship notices and invoices sent back to the trading partner from standard NetSuite records.

  • An AI agent finding the cause of a failed document, explaining it in plain language and proposing a fix the user approves before anything changes.

Implementation partners will learn how to scope and deliver EDI using a public library of guides. Attendees will leave knowing how to test EDI in a sandbox before choosing a provider, with no change to their current setup.

EDI agents for the NetSuite Next era

At SuiteWorld 2025, NetSuite introduced NetSuite Next, which brings conversational AI and agentic workflows into the ERP. Orderful's agents apply that same idea to EDI, one of the processes NetSuite customers most often hand off to outside services teams. When a document fails or a team gets stuck, agents that know NetSuite, EDI and the customer's own setup find the cause, explain it in plain language and propose the fix. Every change waits for the customer's approval.

What's new

  • Install it yourself. The SuiteApp is free and available from the NetSuite App Store. Customers and partners install and connect it without a provisioning request or a license fee.

  • Set it up once. About 30 settings sit on one screen at the subsidiary level, and every customer record under it inherits them, so adding customers does not add setup.

  • Order-to-cash inside NetSuite. Purchase orders arrive as Sales Orders. Acknowledgments, ship notices and invoices go back to the trading partner from standard NetSuite records. A NetSuite user can test the full cycle in a sandbox in an afternoon, before a retailer is involved.

  • Fix with Agent. When an outbound document such as an invoice or ship notice fails, the agent shows the cause and the fix. The user approves it and the document is re-sent, with no support ticket.

  • A public playbook. Orderful publishes the know-how its own team uses in an open GitHub library of 37 guides and 19 reference documents. NetSuite admins, implementation partners and VARs can use it with AI assistants such as Claude Code to scope, set up and troubleshoot EDI.

Built for NetSuite partners

NetSuite implementation partners and VARs can install the SuiteApp in their own sandbox and demo accounts at no cost and use the same public library Orderful's team uses. That lets partners scope, demo and deliver EDI as part of their NetSuite projects and keep that scope within their own engagements.

Play Orderful's Four of a Kind Challenge at Booth 813

Orderful is inviting SuiteWorld attendees to play "Four of a Kind" this year. Players install the free SuiteApp in their NetSuite account and trade test documents with a sample retailer.

Each step earns a card and players who collect all four cards win free wireless headphones at the booth, and NetSuite partners and NetSuite teams can refer customers to play. Everyone who completes the challenge at the show will be entered into a raffle to win an iPhone 18 Pro.

The Orderful EDI for NetSuite SuiteApp is available now on the NetSuite App Store. Learn more at www.suiteapp.com/Orderful-EDI-for-NetSuite.
