Uzbekistan ratifies the 2019 Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education

On 3 December 2025, Uzbekistan deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education (Paris, 25 November 2019).

In accordance with the terms of its Article XVIII.2, the Convention will enter into force with respect to Uzbekistan three months after the date of deposit of this instrument, that is to say on 3 March 2026.
