Proposed Merger Update

The MD|DC Credit Union Association and The League of Credit Unions & Affiliates are moving forward with a proposed merger. Following a thorough due diligence review, the boards of both organizations recently voted to approve the merger, subject to approval by their members.

As the process moves forward, the Association is committed to keeping members informed and providing opportunities to ask questions and share feedback. A series of upcoming town halls will offer more information about the proposed merger and what it could mean for members.

These sessions will provide additional information about the proposed merger, including how a combined organization would strengthen advocacy, enhance long-term sustainability, expand opportunities for learning, leadership development, and member engagement.
