HONOLULU - The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation (HDOT) notifies O'ahu motorists of upcoming full closures of the Meheula Parkway Interchange the week of Monday, Oct. 13, for the installation of speed tables along the ramps.
Starting Monday, Oct. 13 from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., crews will close the right lane on the southbound Meheula Parkway on and off-ramps for speed table installations.
On Tuesday, Oct. 14, crews will close the northbound off-ramp from Meheula Parkway to the H-2 Freeway from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. for speed table installations. Concurrently, there will be a lane shift along the southbound on- and off-ramps to complete striping through the area.
A single lane will be closed on the northbound Meheula Parkway off-ramp to the H-2 Freeway from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15 for striping of the speed table.
Special duty police officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control and safety procedures. Electronic message boards will be posted to notify motorists of the planned closure. All work is weather permitting.
