Brad Cohen Recognized by Connect CRE’s Next Gen Awards

Brad Cohen, Associate Director at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation's Phoenix office, was recognized by Connect CRE as part of its Next Gen Awards.

The award recognizes emerging professionals who have made notable contributions to the commercial real estate industry. Cohen was recognized for his work securing commercial debt and equity financing and his ability to connect clients with a range of capital sources that support acquisitions, refinancings and investment strategies.

Cohen originates financing across property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, senior housing, self-storage, land and hospitality assets. Over the course of his career, he has originated more than $209 million in loan volume and advises clients on capital markets strategy, lender selection and transaction execution through closing.

He also specializes in SBA lending, working with small business owners to secure financing for acquisitions and owner-occupied real estate, and is active in the local community through Saguaro's Children's Charities.
