Rep. Carl Gilliard, Georgia Dream Program and Savannah Area Realtors to Host ‘Next Level Come Get Your Keys’ Housing Fair in Garden City

ATLANTA - State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah), in partnership with the Georgia Dream Program and Savannah area realtors, will host a "Next Level Come Get Your Keys" housing fair to help individuals move from renting to owning their homes on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Empowerment Center in Garden City, Georgia.

Since 2016, Rep. Gilliard highlights that he has partnered with the Georgia Dream Program and other lenders to help more than 300 individuals achieve homeownership. This event will feature both morning and afternoon sessions, with lenders on site to help eligible participants determine their eligibility for the Georgia Dream Program and guide them through the next steps in the homebuying process.
