The Permanent Council and the Inter-American Council for Integral Development of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, April 22 at 09:30 EDT (13:30 GMT) in the Simón Bolívar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC. to consider the draft resolution "Mandates Management."
