Old Town North Urban Design Advisory Committee Walking Tour

The Urban Design Advisory Committee (UDAC) serving Old Town North will meet for its annual walking tour of Old Town North on Wednesday, November 12, at 9 a.m. in the public area outside of St. Elmo's Coffee Pub - Old Town North (529 Montgomery Street). The walking tour will include several developments in Old Town North including 425 Montgomery Street, Montgomery Center (300 Montgomery Street), the Muse (1201 North Royal Street), Tidelock (1033, 1055, 1111 North Fairfax Street), the Venue (925 North Fairfax Street), Ladrey Apartments, (300 wythe Street), and Robinson Terminal North (500/501 North Union Street Street). City staff will engage with UDAC members and the public with information about each site.

The purpose of UDAC is to review development plans for compliance with the Urban Design Guidelines of Old Town North. Applications are presented to UDAC on an as-needed basis and are discussed during public meetings.
