Traffic to be restricted on portion of Mobile Street next week

Mobile, Ala. - Crews will close Mobile Street between Spring Hill Avenue and University Hospital Drive for an hour each day starting Monday, Feb. 9 through Thursday, Feb. 12 to accommodate work by Alabama Power to install pole foundations for service improvements.
The roadway will close from 11 a.m. to noon on each of the listed days and traffic will otherwise be restricted to one lane Monday-Thursday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The detour route will be Spring Hill Avenue to Stanton Road to University Hospital Drive. A map of the detour is attached.
