Trump Campaigns for “100% MAGA” Jack Ciattarelli as New Jerseyans Struggle Under Skyrocketing Utility Costs, Inflation Arrow

Tonight, Donald Trump will hold a tele-rally for "100% MAGA" Jack Ciattarelli ahead of November's gubernatorial election - the same day new data shows inflation rising to the highest level since Trump took office.

While Jack Ciattarelli wants to raise taxes on working families in New Jersey and continues to defend Trump's policies that are destroying tens of thousands of jobs in the Garden State and increasing costs and inflation, Mikie Sherrill remains focused on lowering costs, including by pledging to declare a state of emergency on utility costs on Day One.

Fact Check: Despite Trump's promise to lower New Jersey's energy costs on "Day One," Trump's Big Ugly Bill will make things even more expensive by raising New Jerseyans' energy bills by hundreds of dollars.

In response, DNC Deputy Communications Abhi Rahman released the following statement:

"Jack Ciattarelli is clearly 100% for Trump, while Mikie Sherrill is 100% for New Jersey. His decision to campaign with the most unpopular president in modern history, at a time when costs are skyrocketing for New Jersey families under Trump's disastrous economic policies, is another sign of Jack's desperation. New Jerseyans deserve a governor like Mikie Sherrill, who will lower their costs on Day One and stand up for them, instead of a spineless loyalist who will rubber-stamp Trump's toxic agenda."
