Capstone Invites Shareholder Questions for Investor FAQ on Second Quarter Results and Outlook

FAQ to be published during the week of August 24 will address second quarter performance, the Company's outlook, and capital structure

NEW YORK-(BUSINESS WIRE)-August 17, 2026-Capstone Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: CAPS), a national, technology-enabled building products distribution platform, will publish an investor FAQ during the week of August 24 addressing key questions from its shareholder base. The FAQ will expand on the Company's strategic outlook and second quarter performance, which included 67% year-over-year revenue growth, 92% gross profit growth, and 357 basis points of gross margin expansion to 27.9%.

Ahead of publication, Capstone is inviting shareholders to submit questions by emailing [email protected]. The Company's leadership team will review submissions and address a selection of questions in the published FAQ.
