Meeting of the Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board

The board will conduct a final review the Royalty In-Kind (RIK) contract proposed by the Department of Natural Resources. The RIK contract is for the Marathon refinery in Nikiski, effective August 1, 2026 - December 31, 2027, which was first noticed on October 21, 2025:

The purpose of this meeting is for the board to (a) close the record for the Board's consideration of the Marathon RIK contract, (b) cote on a recommendation for the contract, and (c) adopt a resolution and reports.
This meeting will be held in a conference room at the Department of Natural Resources. Participation by the members of the public is invited through the digital platform Microsoft Teams or via phone.
The public may provide comments or questions at the time that the members of the Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board deem appropriate during this meeting. This meeting will be recorded in accordance with 11 AAC 26.120. The Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board may amend its proposed agenda and may consider other agenda items during this meeting.
