ShorePoint Named 2023 Cybersecurity Excellence Award Winner in Three Categories

Ann Dixon, Senior Information Assurance Analyst with ShorePoint, is the Cybersecurity Woman of the Year in North America. John Rafique, ShorePoint's Director of Recruiting and Retention, was named the top Cybersecurity Recruiter of the Year in North America. ShorePoint was also named a Best Zero Trust Security Services provider. The Cybersecurity Excellence Awards recognize companies, products and professionals that demonstrate excellence, innovation and leadership in information security.

• John Rafique, ShorePoint Director of Recruiting and Retention | 2023 Cybersecurity Recruiter of the Year - North America (gold award). Under Rafique's guidance, ShorePoint has grown from a company of 15 at the time of his hire to over 100 employees, while maintaining above-average retention rates - all during a well-documented talent shortage in the cybersecurity industry. He also established a culture of relationship-building with job candidates that remains in place throughout their employment.
