Mercer Avenue, Oakland Avenue to Croxton Avenue Closed Effective Immediately

Bloomington, IL - Beginning immediately, Mercer Avenue, from Oakland Avenue to Croxton Avenue, will be closed to all traffic due to sanitary sewer work. This section of Mercer Avenue will be reopened on September 30, 2026.
