Representation of Mexico's Diplomatic Interests in Peru
At the request of the Mexican government and with the consent of the Peruvian government, Brazil has assumed representation of Mexico's diplomatic interests in Peru, in accordance with paragraphs b) and c) of Article 45 of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations. This representation includes custody of the Mexican embassy in Peru, including the ambassador's residence, as well as its assets and archives.
