LAVC is an 11-Day Voting Center

Don't Forget to Vote in the November 4th Statewide Special Election

Important Dates

  • The last day to register to vote for the Statewide Special Election on November 4, 2025 is October 20, 2025.
  • All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot for the November 4, 2025 Statewide Special Election.
  • Your county elections office will begin mailing ballots on September 25, 2025.
  • Ballot drop-off locations for vote-by-mail ballots open on October 7, 2025.
  • Vote-by-mail ballots can be returned by mail, at a drop-off location, or your county elections office.
  • Voting centers open for early in-person voting in all Voter's Choice Act counties beginning on October 25, 2025.
  • Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by November 12, 2024.

LA County Voting Center

LA Valley College and the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD), in collaboration with the Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters, is an 11-day Voting Center location for the 2025 Statewide Special Election.

The voting center on campus is open to the public from October 25-November 4, 2025.

Early Voting

Dates: Saturday, October 25-Monday, November 4, 2024
Hours: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Location: Cafeteria in the Student Union

Election Day

Dates: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Hours: 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
Location: Cafeteria in the Student Union

Mail-In Ballot Drop Box

Dates: Monday, October 6 - Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Hours: Open 24/7 until Tuesday, November 5 at 8 p.m.
Location: Parking Lot G

Visitor Parking is available in the Parking Structure (on the 2nd-4th floors). Any vehicle using an EV charging space must purchase a $2 Daily Parking permit at the Parking Pay Station (on the first floor of the Parking Structure) and must display the receipt on the vehicle dashboard.
