The Portland Police Major Crash Team is investigating a fatal injury hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian on North Marine Drive in the Bridgeton Neighborhood.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:40 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to a report of a pedestrian found struck on North Marine Drive near North Anchor Way. When they arrived, they found a deceased adult female pedestrian. The suspect driver left the scene. No immediate arrests were made.
The Portland Police Traffic Division Major Crash Team (MCT) responded to assume the investigation. During the investigation, North Marine Drive is closed between North Vancouver Way and North Gantenbein Avenue.
