RUSTON, La., July 29, 2026 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Lincoln Family Housing, a 40-unit apartment property in Ruston, Louisiana.

The off-market transaction generated a buyer within two weeks, allowing the purchaser to complete a 1031 exchange.
