Failure to Make a Required Distribution (Form 8-K)

On May 4, 2026, the Depositor was notified by the Certificate Administrator that, on April 30, 2026, the servicer remittance report relating to the April 17, 2026 distribution was updated to reflect a discounted payoff received in connection with the Mama Shelter LA mortgage loan. Such amount was identified by the Master Servicer as relating to the April 17, 2026 distribution, resulting in additional principal payments to the following classes: Class A-SB (2,751,952.98 principal), Class A-3 ($8,220,412.33 principal) and Class F-RR ($56,018.39 interest). Additionally, Class H-RR has a reported Realized Loss of 1,884,140.28, due to the discount on the payoff.
