Mediacom Park, NY - In this role, Chris will lead Mediacom's Human Resources function and partner closely with Giuseppe B. Commisso and the leadership team to support the company's people, organization, and continued growth. His responsibilities will span talent strategy, compensation and benefits, leadership development, employee and labor relations, workforce planning, succession, organizational effectiveness, and culture.

Chris brings extensive experience leading Human Resources for large, complex organizations through periods of growth, transformation and organizational change. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Sodexo's Campus segment, supporting approximately 40,000 employees and partnering with senior leaders on organizational transformation, talent strategy and leadership effectiveness.

Earlier in his career, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast's Central Division, where he led the division's HR function, and as Global Vice President of Human Resources at Free Wheel, where he led the global people strategy for the advertising technology business.

His career spans telecommunications, technology, media, hospitality, and complex service-based organizations, giving him a broad perspective on building organizations, developing leaders, strengthening culture, and aligning people strategies with business priorities.
