The City invites all community members to take part in Phase One of the Land Development Code (LDC) Update, also known as the Chapter 14 Update. This important effort will guide how our community grows and develops in the years to come. Your input is essential to ensuring that the updated code reflects our shared priorities and vision for the future.

Phase One will be introduced to the Governing Body on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 (no public comment). The first opportunity for public comment will take place at the Special Governing Body meeting on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 7 p.m. Community participation at this meeting is strongly encouraged. • Historic District Review Board + Archaeological Review Committee - October 14, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.

• Public Works and Utilities Committee - October 20, 2025, at 5 p.m.

• Quality of Life Committee - October 22, 2025, at 5 p.m.

• Finance Committee - October 27, 2025, at 5 p.m.

• Special Governing Body (Public Hearing) - November 19, 2025, at 7 p.m.
