Located in the historic Ali Cultural Arts Center in the heart of the Northwest community, this new black box theater promises to be a dynamic space for innovative performances and community engagement. The Hive is designed to be an intimate, year-round hub where artists and audiences can connect through a variety of performances, including film, music, theatre, spoken word, dance, and educational workshops. Its flexible layout is crafted to blur the lines between performer and spectator, creating a truly immersive experience. This new venue will empower local artists and creators by providing an affordable and adaptable platform for them to experiment, innovate, and share their voices. The grand opening celebration will be a thrilling event featuring live performances, artist talks, interactive experiences, and DJ sets. In addition, guests will also enjoy lite bites and refreshments. The event's final showcase is scheduled for 6 p.m. and will feature a dynamic poetry performance.
