Eighth Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 17 June 2026, the Health and Family Committee considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Human Organ Transplantation and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Human Cells and Tissues, submitted by the Government.
The bills were presented by Ministry of Health State Secretary Prof. Dr Ferenc Vicko, and the Committee adopted them by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prof. Dr Dragan Delic, Dr Sanela Strainovic, Dr Emese Uri, Dr Slobodan Milisavljevic, Dr Ivan Rajicic, Prim. Dr Nada Macura, Darko Laketic, Natasa Bogunovic, Nenad Ristovic and Ana Ivnovic.
