Public Notice Regarding General Order and Updated Calendar Procedures

Fourth Amended and Restated General Order No. 24-2018 - Voluntary Notice Procedures in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 has been posted under the "Local Rules and General Orders" tab of the Court's website and may be viewed here. This Order establishes procedures for counsel to use for noticing of hearings and providing an opportunity to object. These procedures are not available for pro se litigants. Notices filed pursuant to these procedures must be in the form attached to the Order as Exhibit A, as it may be updated by the Court from time to time and posted on the local forms page of the Court's website. This order supersedes the Third Amended and Restated General Order 24-2018.
New Calendar Procedures effective September 29, 2025, have been posted to the chambers' pages on the Court's website of the judges who preside over cases in Atlanta, Newnan, and Rome.
