Newmark Arranges 93,000 Square Feet of Leasing at The Factory, a Premier Work Destination in Long Island City

Newmark announces the Company has arranged approximately 93,000 square feet of office leasing at The Factory located in Long Island City, New York. Executive Vice Chairman Brian Waterman, Senior Managing Director Jordan Gosin and Associate Director Alex Rosenblum are the exclusive leasing agents and represented ownership, a joint venture between Atlas Capital Group, Partners Group and Invesco Real Estate, in negotiations.

"This latest leasing activity reinforces The Factory's appeal as companies prioritize well-located, amenity-rich environments," said Waterman. "Demand remains strong from a diverse tenant base drawn to the building's flexibility and position within one of New York's most dynamic submarkets."

The activity comprises a mix of renewals and new leases, including:

  • NYC Employee Retirement System, renewed its 35,000-square-foot space on the tenth floor
  • United Healthcare Group, which renewed its 19,000-square-foot space on the fourth floor.
  • CUNY, which signed a 24,000-square-foot lease on the fifth floor.
  • The Neustadt Gallery, which signed a 11,500 square-foot on the fifth floor.
  • Tosot, which signed a new 3,200-square-foot lease on the sixth floor.
