Executive Order on presenting state decorations

For outstanding merits in labour for the state and the nation, the title of the Hero of Labour of the Russian Federation shall be conferred upon:

Leonid Boba, Director of Laboratory at the Research and Engineering Institute of Chemical Machine-Building, Moscow

Marina Neyolova, actress at Moscow Sovremennik Theatre

Nikolai Russu, Director General of Mostostroi-11, Tyumen Region

Anatoly Sviridov, lathe operator at Elektronspetstekhnika, Voronezh Region

Shlema Spektor, Doctor of Medicine and member of the Civic Chamber of the Sverdlovsk Region.

For outstanding performance and productivity, the following teams shall be rewarded with the Russian Federation plaques For Excellence in Labour:

The team of the Central Automation Design Bureau, Omsk Region

The team of the St Petersburg Metro

For outstanding merits in research, education and professional training, the team of the Russian State University of Design and Applied Arts (Stroganov University) in Moscow shall be rewarded with the Russian Federation plaque For Excellence in Labour.
