Call for Artists: Falkirk 2026 Winter Art Exhibition

CALL FOR ARTISTS

The Falkirk Cultural Center is excited to invite Bay Area artists to participate in its upcoming Winter Juried Art Show, running January 9-February 20, 2026. This year's theme, "A Celebration of Contrasts,"encourages artists to explore the power of opposites-where bold differences spark curiosity, highlight tension, or simply surprise the viewer.

Contrast can take countless forms: dramatic shifts in scale, unexpected color pairings, opposing emotions, unusual combinations of objects, or unexpected juxtapositions of place and time. The possibilities are truly endless, and we can't wait to see how artists interpret the theme through their own creative lens.

All visual mediums are welcome, including collage, painting, drawing, assemblage, sculpture, and fiber arts. (Please note: videography and jewelry cannot be accepted for this show.)
