Norton Rose Fulbright appoints new Director of Client Solutions and Digital Strategy

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed Jana Blount as Director of Client Solutions and Digital Strategy for the Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific (EMEAPAC) region.

Jana, who will be based in the firm's London office, is a recognised leader in legal innovation, with a career spanning law firms, consultancy, and industry-wide transformation programmes. She joins Norton Rose Fulbright from her own consulting firm and has advised both law firms and in-house legal teams on service innovation, digital strategy, and client/law firm engagement and collaboration. At a previous law firm, Jana led a multi-disciplinary team developing AI-powered products for client-facing solutions as well as internal efficiency.

In her role at Norton Rose Fulbright, Jana will collaborate closely with the firm's partners, clients and legal transformation team, NRF Transform, to design and implement new delivery models and digital solutions, including those that deploy GenAI.
