Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Names Pierre Kermanac'h General Manager

Pierre Kermanac'h serves as General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, bringing more than 22 years of international luxury hospitality experience and a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across North America, Europe and Africa.

Born and raised in Paris, Pierre has spent his entire career with Four Seasons, where an early passion for travel, culture and bringing people together evolved into a lifelong commitment to hospitality. Since joining the company in 2004, he has held leadership positions at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, Four Seasons Resort Marrakech and Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach before joining Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. Along the way, he has built expertise across food and beverage, sales, rooms, private residences and resort operations, contributing to eight Four Seasons properties across three continents.

Known for his thoughtful leadership style, Pierre believes the finest hotels are built by people who feel inspired, supported and empowered to do their best work. Guided by curiosity, genuine care and a relentless pursuit of excellence, he is passionate about developing future leaders while creating experiences that guests remember long after they leave. For Pierre, luxury is measured not only by beautiful surroundings, but by how people make one another feel.

As General Manager, Pierre oversees all hotel operations at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, leading the hotel team to continue the property's longstanding tradition of personalized service while strengthening its position as one of the city's leading luxury destinations. He is committed to creating an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, collaborate and deliver hospitality that feels personal, thoughtful and genuine.

A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, Pierre holds a bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from eCornell. Fluent in French and English[EW1] , he and his family are relocating [EW2] to Atlanta and embracing the opportunity to discover the city's neighborhoods, restaurants, museums, parks and cultural institutions. A lifelong traveler and avid cyclist, Pierre believes the best way to understand any destination is to experience it like a local, a philosophy he now brings to both his family and the guests of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.
