CHA Appoints Erik Larson as Chief Operating Officer

Experienced Leader to Drive Operational Excellence

CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA) today announced the appointment of Erik Larson as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. An accomplished operational leader, Larson brings more than two decades of experience spanning engineering, consulting, energy, technology, and the military.

In his new role, Erik will serve on the executive leadership team and be responsible for driving operational excellence, enterprise performance, and profitable growth across the organization. Working alongside our operations and corporate teams, he will lead enterprise-wide transformation to achieve CHA's value-creation goals, including operational leadership and scalability, growth and performance, project-delivery excellence, sector collaboration, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and integration of new firms.

Erik formerly served as President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Wood, a global consulting and engineering company, where he led enterprise-wide strategy, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and portfolio optimization initiatives. He previously held executive leadership roles during his 14-year tenure at Jacobs and has seven years of active service in the U.S. Army.

Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College.
