Lane closures on MO D (Holmes Rd.) at Lock Lloyd Pkwy for intersection improvements, Sept. 22 - Oct. 13

CASS COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be completing groundwork in preparation of the installation of a new signal at the intersection of Missouri Route D (Holmes Rd) and Lock Lloyd Parkway resulting in various lane closures on NB and SB Holmes Rd. beginning on approx. Monday, Sept. 22 at 6 a.m. until Monday, Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. All work is weather permitting.

This work is part of a project, which will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 (Sept. 22-Oct. 13) will include completion of the groundwork in preparation for installation of a new signal. The installation of the new signal will take place in Jan.-Feb. 2026.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
