Westbound SR-54 to Southbound I-805 Connector Closed Evenings March 30 to April 2

San Diego - Caltrans will close westbound State Route 54 (SR-54) to southbound Interstate 805 (I-805) connector during the evenings of Monday, March 30, to Thursday, April 2, from 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. for construction operations.

Motorists hoping to use the connector may continue along the westbound SR-54, exit at Highland Avenue, turn left, and onto the eastbound SR-54, and then use the southbound I-805 connector.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
