The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is beginning work on a redesigned website aimed at making it easier to find information, access resources and understand the Commission's work.
The redesigned website, anticipated to go live at the end of this year, will feature improved navigation and a more user-friendly experience.
Our goal is to make it easier for the public to engage with the PUC. Business can look forward to a clearer, simpler online process when applying for and maintaining a a PUC motor carrier license. For consumers, finding information about PUC proceedings and how to get involved will be easier.
As part of the website redesign process, the PUC conducted two separate surveys - one for members of the public and another for regulated entities to gather feedback on how users interact with the current website, what information and resources they rely on most, and the challenges they experience when navigating the site.
We value the feedback we received, which is helping the PUC identify opportunities to simplify navigation, improve the organization of information and make commonly used resources easier to find. As work progresses, the PUC will continue to share more information about the new website's features and improvements.
Stay tuned for updates as we work toward a more accessible, informative and user-friendly online experience for you!
