Wentworth Recognized in U.S. News & World Report’s 2026 Best Online Programs Rankings

Wentworth Institute of Technology has been recognized in the newly released 2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings, earning spots for its Bachelor's and Master's in Project Management as well as its online Engineering graduate program.

These latest accolades underscore the university's commitment to providing flexible, high-quality education that meets the needs of working professionals and modern learners.

New Rankings Success

In the 2026 edition released this week, Wentworth achieved the following rankings nationally:

• #130 in Best Online Master's in Business Programs (non-MBA) for the Master of Science in Project Management.
• #244 in Best Online Bachelor's Programs for the Bachelor of Science in Project Management.

The university also earned a spot on the prestigious Best Online Master's in Engineering list, further solidifying its reputation as a leader in technical and engineering education.

A Continued Climb

This announcement builds on a year of significant momentum for the university. In the fall of 2025, Wentworth continued its climb in the U.S. News Best Colleges rankings, surging seven spots to #28 in the highly competitive Regional Universities (North) category-a rise of 34 spots since 2019.
