Reconstruction Project on Turnberry Lane and Thomas Court to Begin on Tuesday, July 28

July 24, 2026 - Beginning Tuesday, July 28, 2026, work begins on Turnberry Lane & Thomas Court as crews reconstruct the roadway.

This project will be done in three stages. During the first stage, the west half of Thomas Court and a small section of the Turnberry Lane intersection will be reconstructed within the project limits. During the second stage, the east half of Thomas Court from 6455 Thomas Court south to the Turnberry Lane intersection and the north half of Turnberry Lane from Thomas Court to the James Road intersection will be completed within the project limits. For the third stage, the east half of Thomas Court from 6455 Thomas Court south to the Turnberry Lane intersection and the north half of Turnberry Lane from Thomas Court to the James Road intersection will be completed within the project limits.

To ensure the safety of the traveling public and the construction workers onsite, Turnberry Lane and Thomas Court will remain open to traffic but limited to one lane open at all times to facilitate the flow of traffic for the duration of the project. This project is expected to be completed in two months, weather permitting.
